 We do not direct any of our content at children under the age of 13.  We DISCOURAGE use of our site by children under the age of 13.  If we learn or have reasonable cause to believe that a Site user is under the age of 13, we will delete personal information in that user’s account.

By using the Duffy’s website, you expressly consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

Billing information is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by Duffy’s personnel designated to handle online requests.             4.a.      Basic information collected.  Duffy’s collects the following types of personal information online: names, postal and email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, billing information, and complaint information.  If you choose, you may provide additional information such as your age, gender, treatment options or requests, and substance usage.  Duffy’s servers may automatically recognize visitors’ domain names and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet).  No personal information about you is revealed in this process.  The Site may also gather ‘traffic data’ that does not personally identify you, but that may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer.

            4.b.      Persons Under 13.  Duffy’s does not collect or maintain information from those actually known to be under the age of 13, and no part of our sites is structured to attract anyone under the age of 13.

            4.c.      Cookies and computer tracking.  Our websites are set up to track, collect or distribute personal information entered by visitors.  Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites.  This information is used for internal purposes to provide better services to the public and may also be provided to others, but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
