If we could have everyone take our extended care program of 90 days, we would—because we know that success rates are higher the longer you can stay in treatment.

What's Included in a 60 or 90 Day Program?

Many treatment centers give you exactly the same material in their extended curriculum as you receive in a 28 day program; however, when you take our extended care program, we make sure you have a separate educational schedule and workbook from the standard curriculum. This extra support gives you more time and opportunities to understand the tools of recovery.

Learning more is an important part of strengthening your recovery muscles.

As an extended care guest, you will be exploring and learning about steps 4 through 7 from the Big Book.

Staying longer at Duffy’s means you and your counselor will have more time to delve into what has fed your addiction and to determine what is the best way to change behavior and recognize triggers.

In addition, your relapse prevention material will also be more detailed and in-depth than the standard curriculum.

Like all guests at Duffy's, you will receive a year of free aftercare visits, giving you more opportunities to return and be refreshed on your recovery journey.
