Kate Jehue, CADC-I

Kate Jehue has contributed to the full spectrum of services at Duffy’s since 2014 when she initially started out her professional journey in the field of recovery as an Intake Coordinator.

In 2017 she made the leap into the world of clinical services where she first worked as a Continuing Care Coordinator, helping clients develop safe plans for transition out of treatment and back into society, as well as cultivating strong relationships with fellow professionals in the field.

Kate now works as a counselor and utilizes a delicate and effective balance of relatability, compassion, and understanding with a direct and non-sugar coated approach with clients to help them navigate the waters of early recovery. In addition to working with clients individually, Kate oversees our Extended Care Program, has helped develop our curriculum, facilitates both Seeking Safety and Women’s Group, and truly shines when she channels her dynamic energy into teaching and relaying information in a way that makes clients excited to learn.

On July 26th, 2013, I entered Duffy’s after detoxing. Thanks to the good foundation I got here, I am still sober! I hope the first Monday’s activities are checking out what meetings you will go to after you leave Duffy’s. I am still going to the ones I wrote down 5 years ago. Thanks for being there for folks like me who could not stop drinking.
