Alcohol Detox

Because of the potential for delirium tremens, detoxing from alcohol can be difficult and dangerous without proper supervision. Our team will help ensure your alcohol detox is both safe and comfortable.

Drug Detox

Drug withdrawal from opiates, heroin, cocaine and meth can be painful. To help make the detox process easier, doctors may prescribe sedatives like Benzodiazepines, but you will be 100% free of substances when you leave.

Prescription Detox

Xanax, Vicodin, and other prescription or painkiller drugs can be very addicting, making withdrawal difficult to manage. If needed, the doctor can prescribe medications to help alleviate the symptoms.

How Detox Works

It is not recommended that you withdraw from alcohol or drugs on your own. If you're coming to Duffy's for a residential rehab program, but have not yet detoxed, we can help you.

Before you arrive a board-certified physician will review your medical history and history of addiction.

The doctor will work with you to create a customized titrate detox plan, tailored to provide you with the safest, most comfortable process for your needs. You can count on being 100% off all substances by the time you leave Duffy's.

During detox staff and other guests will be there to support you.

Your time in detox will vary depending on

  • how long you’ve been addicted to a substance
  • what type of substance it is

Most guests move into their guest rooms within two to three days.
