Duffy’s was one of the first treatment facilities to recognize that just getting “dry” didn’t mean a life-change for everyone, so we began to pioneer the concept of a longer residential treatment program.
What's Included in 28 Day Rehab?
Today, our standard 28 day rehab program includes carefully structured sessions, workbooks and discussions designed to introduce the concepts of recovery (spirituality, balance, gratitude, etc.) and components of the disease (denial, resistance, anger, causes, etc.).
You will also complete steps 1 – 3 from the Big Book.
In addition to the formal curriculum, you will receive private, confidential 1-on-1 counseling (about twice a week) from your counselor.
About the second or third week, you will receive introductory material to our relapse prevention series to help you integrate back into your life when you return home.
You will receive 22 Aftercare visits for free after completing the 28 day rehab. We also encourage you to come back for a Sobriety Weekend.
